This website is operated by SkyMaster ("we", "us", "our"). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to SkyMaster. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

2. Who can order

By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

Our products are recommended for users aged 14 and over. Drones must be operated by, or under the supervision of, a responsible adult.

3. Drone operation and local law

Drone regulations differ by country, state and locality, and they change. Before flying, it is your responsibility to check and follow the rules that apply where you are — including registration requirements, altitude limits, no-fly zones around airports and crowds, and privacy law.

We provide product specifications in good faith, but we cannot advise on the rules that apply to you, and we are not responsible for fines, confiscation, damage or injury resulting from how a product is flown.

4. Products, pricing and availability

We do our best to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your screen displays them exactly.

All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, and to refuse or cancel any order.

Where a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund it in full.

5. Orders and payment

By placing an order you make an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order that appears fraudulent, or where the product is unavailable.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

6. Discount codes

Discount codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be applied to past orders. Unless stated otherwise, one discount code may be used per order and codes cannot be combined. We may withdraw or modify a promotion at any time.

7. Shipping and returns

Shipping timelines, delivery estimates and return conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

8. Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
